Charleston, SC – The Andrew Pinckney Inn, a 41 room boutique hotel located in downtown historic Charleston is currently accepting applications/resumes for a FT Guest Service Agent. The Guest Service Agent will book future room reservations, handle check in & check out procedures and will assist the guest with other tasks such as dinner reservations, historic tours, shopping inquiries and more. The Guest Service Agent must be detail oriented and possess organizational skills with the ability to offer the finest customer service at all times. Responding to guest needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner are expected in order to ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Also perform other tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of hotel experience and have a genuine positive attitude and outgoing, friendly personality. Requires flexible schedule for afternoon and mid-day shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
COMPENSATION: $14 – $16 per hour
