Lake Geneva, WI- The Cove of Lake Geneva is seeking a Common Area Attendant. The Common Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining and replenishing supplies in all public areas (i.e. lobby, pool area, restrooms, hallways, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards set forth by management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Display and maintain, at all times, a friendly, courteous, and professional manner in all dealings with guests, patrons, and associates
  • Arrive to work at their scheduled time ready to work in the proper uniform
  • Ensure all areas are cleaned daily with high dusting, removal of all trash, carpet areas vacuumed, etc.
  • Ensure maintenance requests are being reported for any broken and/or damaged items throughout the public areas
  • Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages
  • Ensure all public area restrooms are maintained and well stocked
  • Ensure all exterior walkways, pool decks, and other exterior surfaces are cleaned
  • Clean and maintain lights
  • Clean and maintain related equipment
  • Removing garbage and debris to appropriate disposal areas
  • All other reasonable requests of management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service and housekeeping is preferred
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull/stop up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
