Description

Amelia Island, FL  – This Houseman is responsible for providing support to the Housekeeping staff by bringing linen/supplies and emptying trash. In addition, this position is responsible for the cleanliness of the guest room hallways, storage rooms, and vending areas in accordance with company standards for quantity, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety, and security.

Essential Job Requirements: 

  • Provide support to Housekeeping staff by delivering linen, supplies, & stripping rooms
  • Provide support to Housekeeping staff by emptying trash on their carts
  • Maintain cleanliness of guest room hallways and vending areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in store rooms
  • Answer and respond to calls for guest needs
  • Follow company policies and procedures (i.e., OSHA, BBP)
  • Apply all safety and security policies consistently
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Minimum Skill Requirments:

  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written directions

Required experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year
