Hotel Clermont – Opening Early 2018

Atlanta, GA

Set in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic and colorful midtown sections known as Poncey Highlands, Hotel Clermont will open as a 94-room boutique hotel with a rich and fascinating history. Originally built in the 1920s, the famous Clermont Lounge will continue to be a tenant, while new hotel updates will include the introduction of a restaurant featuring French-American fare, an intimate lobby bar and rooftop garden bar overlooking the Atlanta skyline.

The Asheville Foundry Inn will be the first Curio Collection hotel under management by Charlestowne Hotels. Three historic buildings combine with new construction to create a 92 room boutique hotel, restaurant, and spa in the heart of Asheville.

The Bristol Hotel – Opening Spring 2018

Bristol, VA

Steeped in history, the development of The Bristol Hotel will repurpose downtown Bristol’s notable Executive Plaza, which dates back to 1925. Looking to connect the past and the present, the building’s historic value will be preserved by maintaining and enhancing its original stucco exterior, display windows, and main facade. The 65-room remodeled bou­tique hotel will feature a rooftop bar displaying sweeping views of the scenic Appalachian Mountains, street-front dining serving farm-to-table style cuisine, and the utilization of the original historic Arcade for unforgettable social gatherings and events.
